This agreement applies to medical centres, doctors, health tourism companies and referral partners using Tabriz Health.
1. You receive patient information only for the case you are handling and only while it is open. You use it only to assess and answer that patient's request.
2. You do not copy, share, publish or keep patient information or documents outside the platform, except as needed for the patient's own treatment or required by law.
3. Health tourism companies receive only the travel information they need and never see medical details or documents.
4. Everyone who opens a patient document is recorded by name and time. These records cannot be deleted and are reviewed by the platform administrator.
5. You tell Tabriz Health immediately about any suspected loss or misuse of patient information.
6. Breaking this agreement leads to the suspension of your account and may have legal consequences.
By accepting, you confirm that you and everyone using your account will follow this agreement. Your acceptance is recorded with the version of this text, the date and your IP address; if the text changes, you will be asked to accept it again.
