Tabriz Health publishes a patient's story only with the patient's signed written consent. The signed consent document is kept with the story.
The patient decides separately whether we may publish: 1) the written story, 2) before and after photos, 3) a video interview. Each item is published only if the patient agreed to that item.
We never publish the patient's full name, contact details, identity documents or medical records. The patient may ask for the story to be removed at any time, and it is taken down.
A story describes one person's experience. It is not a promise of the same result and is not medical advice.
