Dr. Reza Masoumikiaya holds a PhD in Microbiology (biological sciences), awarded in 2019 by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He founded Tabriz Health to give international patients clear, verified information about treatment in Tabriz.
