Tabriz Health is a platform that connects you with medical centres and doctors in Tabriz. Before you upload medical documents (test results, imaging, clinical photos), please read how we protect them.
1. Who can open your documents: only you, and the medical centres or doctors you send your request to, and only while they are working on it. Their access ends when their part of your case closes. Other centres never see your documents. Health tourism companies never see them. A platform administrator can open them only with special permission, and only to support your case.
2. How they are stored: files are encrypted and kept outside the public website, at addresses that cannot be guessed.
3. Every opening is recorded: we log who opened each file and when. This record cannot be deleted.
4. Your choice: uploading documents is optional. Upload only what is needed for your treatment question. You can ask us to stop processing your data by contacting us.
5. Consent: by accepting, you agree that your documents are shared as described above for consultation and treatment planning. Your consent is recorded with the version of this text, the date and your IP address. If this text changes, we will ask you to accept it again.
